LOUIE, LOUIE (Richard Berry)--- as recorded by THE KINGSMEN!
Louie, Louie
Oh no, me gotta go
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, said, ah
Louie, Louie
Oh, baby, me gotta go
A fine little girl she waits for me
Me catch a ship for cross the sea
Me sail that ship all alone
Me never think how I make it home
Ah, Louie, Louie
No, no, no, no, me gotta go
Oh, no
Said, Louie, Louie
Oh, baby, said we gotta go
Three nights and days I sail the sea
Think of girl, oh, constantly
Ah, on that ship I dream she there
I smell the rose, ah, in her hair
Ah, Louie, Louie
Oh, no, sayin' we gotta go
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, but, ah,
Louie, Louie
Oh, baby, said, we gotta go
Okay, let's give it to 'em right now!
Me see Jamaica, ah, moon above
It won't be long, me see me love
Take her in my arms again,
I got her
I'll never leave again
Ah, Louie, Louie
Oh, no, sayin' me gotta go
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
But, ah, Louie, Louie
Oh, baby, said, ah, we gotta go
I said we gotta go now,
Let's get on outta here
Let's go!
AND THE FBI SAID IT WAS---
Oh, Louie Louie,
oh no
Get her way down low
Oh, Louie Louie, oh baby
Get her down low
A fine little girl a-waiting for me
She's just a girl across the way
We'll take her and park all alone
She's never a girl I lay at home
At night at ten I lay her again
Fuck you girl, oh all the way
Oh my bed and I lay her there
I meet a rose in her hair
Okay, let's give it to them right now!
She's got a rag on I'll move above
It won't be long she'll slip it off
I'll take her in my arms again
I'll tell her I'll never leave again
Get that broad out of here!
BUT THAT WASN'T POETIC ENOUGH SO HERE'S THE FBIs 2ND DRAFT
Fine little girl waits for me
Get your thrills across the way
girl I dream about is all alone
she never could get away from home
Every night and day I play with my thing
I fuck your girl all kinds of ways
In all night now meet me there
I feel her low I give her hell
Hey you bitch
Hey lovemaker now hold my bone
It won't take long so leave it alone
Hey Senorita I'm hot as hell
I told her I'd never lay her again
but seriously fuck the FBI, CIA Homeland Security et al, here's what the mighty Black Flag had to say in 1980...
Louie, Louie!
We gotta go
I said now Louie, Louie!
We gotta go
You know the pain, that's in my heart,
it just shows, I'm not very smart
Who needs love, when you've got a gun?
Who needs love, to have any fun?
I said now Louie, Louie!
We gotta go!
Said, now screwie Louie!
We gotta go
Louie, Louie!
We gotta go
I said now Louie, Louie!
We gotta go!

so how's work, hon?
fine. Im getting alot done on my duplicate address project. hows whatever it is youre doing?
well, i've been trying to fill out my renewal fafsa form, but errors would fucking stop information from being sent at the same point near the end. i finally got it through. i hate filling out fafsa forms. i hope that my inheritence i got from my grandpa ed's will doesn't affect my aid.
so jackie, will you be at uic in august? and are you still coming on down on friday?
do we want to try finding rainbow records in barrington? i found the correct address. it's like walking distance from where ian and stacey live.
i'm not sure what's going on yet. my friend is coming in to town on friday, but ideally i'd like to come friday so i won't have to get up at like 6 am on saturday. and i have a fear my car will break down again because it makes weird noises. i'm not a good planner as you can tell.
i have to send in my "intent to enroll" by june 1st, and i haven't done it yet. so i should get on that. i feel indifferent about going back to school (esp. a different one) but i know i want to.
Ew, FAFSA. That's almost as gross sounding as Smegma, except Smegma is way more beneficial.
we can go to rainbow, just as long as dont have to hang out with larry and rhoda now starring in "Degradation Now!".
Would I be a bad person if I changed my mind about moving in with someone a month before they needed a roommate?
not necessarily
Well, the full context makes me look better, haha.
Basically I was supposed to hang out with the guy Friday night, and he never called. So we arranged to hang out on Saturday--I called him twice, left a message, and he never called me back. The fact that I don't have a signed lease in hand yet, either, makes me very nervous.
I think I'd be better off getting a cat.
yeah, as we used to back in the old days, that shit sounds pretty sketch
like, uh total sketch, like totally like super sketch, uhh.
It's too bad, because he had awesome cats. But now I can get my own and not get attached to someone else's.
Hey Liz, what ever happened with that giant print of the cover of tracing the faint signal?
have you guys seen the Lou Reed's new album in stores? The back cover has a head shot of him and it looks like he's a spokesman for "The Wellness Institute" and gives free talks at Whole Foods now.
well tim, i have a final project due on thursday, and so i have been focusing on that. when i'm done i'll be printing the big prints. don't worry, if i only get one out then it will be yours.
oh no big deal. I thought you were doin them a while ago--that one monday way back when. cheers.
