ok i have a question (and not about trent reznor):

so i'm thinking about coming to chicago for like the last week of april and i'm wondering which are the museums i HAVE to go.

i'm gonna go to the nat'l museum of mexican art (because the blasted snow stopped me in january). and i've been to the art institute a few times, so i might pass on that. but... what are the most interesting science/history based museums in chicago? and what about the planetarium? i haven't been there since i was like 5, so i can't remember if it was amazing or not, but it is free on april 28th. oh! and the shedd aquarium, same thing, haven't been there since i was a kid.

well i'm thinking of going to the museum of surgical science sometime in the near future. i want to check it out before possibly making an appointment with a director there and seeing if they would be interested in my thesis project. i could wait to go with you if you're interested. but i'll have to check on that weekend. i'm getting a feeling there's something i'm supposed to be doing then.... let me see and i'll let you know.

as i was looking around, that one did stick out and look particularly neat. i'm actually coming during the week probably like the 28-30th. tues-thurs. or something along lines. it is right before my b-day so i want to cram in as much fun as possible, haha.
